Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to process my order once placed?

We process orders within 1-3 business days.

2. How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days. We also provide tracking on all orders.

3. I placed an order, but I have not yet received a shipping confirmation. 

Please allow 3 business days for your shipping confirmation/tracking number email to be sent. We also recommend checking your junk folder. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have still not received a tracking number and/or shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@sorellabelle.com. 

4. Do you accept returns?

We will gladly accept a return within 14 days as long as the item is in its original packaging, all tags are attached and the item is unworn. If you'd like to initiate a return, please email us at info@sorellabelle.com. We do not accept returns on jewelry or undergarments, but if something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can discuss.
